Delivery Time
Our standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. However, please note that this is an estimate, and in some cases, delivery may take a bit longer. We truly appreciate your patience and encourage you to refer to your tracking details for the most up-to-date information on your order's progress.
For orders going to remote or harder-to-reach areas (e.g. islands or rural regions), please allow an additional 3-5 working days on top of our standard delivery estimates.
High Demand Notice
Due to high demand during our sale period our dispatch times may vary. Rest assured, we are working hard to get your order out as quickly as possible, always within 1-2 business days. We’re doing everything we can to get your order to you promptly!

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or processing a refund, as per our Return and Refund Policy.
