Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Outwandr. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, credit note or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition and packaging
- Unused, unworn, and undamaged
- Returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain items, including:
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, we recommend making a separate purchase for the new item. This helps expedite the process and ensures you get your desired product as quickly as possible.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at hello@outwandr.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our customer support team will send you instructions on how to return the item.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item to us. All returns must be sent to our UK returns base in London.
For international customers, please note that return shipping costs may be higher due to overseas postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
